SINO-CEEF Capital Management Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as SINO-CEEF), launched by ICBC, announces that its second fund SINO-CEE Fund II is established in Luxembourg on 10 November 2022, and will steadily carry out investment activities in Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries.
SINO-CEEF explains that, SINO-CEEF is a market-oriented private equity investment company registered in Hong Kong, China. Since its founding in Luxembourg on 26 November 2016, the Fund has made cumulative investments worth of 533 million euros in Europe.
Based on successful experience from SINO-CEE Fund, the company has now rolled out Fund II in considering the latest global trends and market demands. In compliance with the company’s vision of “Prosperity of the world remains our eternal struggle”, the Fund II will focus on CEE countries, embark on renewable energy industries as its major domain, and is committed to realizing a perfect mix between sustainable development of mankind and sustainability of the company.
